RÊVE Atelier Terms of Service

Effective date: November 2, 2026
Last updated: November 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RÊVE Atelier application, website at reveatelier.app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Aibek Almassov, an individual based in California, United States (“RÊVE Atelier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accepting these Terms or using the Service after being presented with them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 or otherwise below the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and permit your use.

Animation features powered by Higgsfield are available only to users who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Parental permission does not override this restriction.

You must provide accurate age information and must not bypass eligibility controls. The Service is intended for users in the United States.

2. What the Service provides

RÊVE Atelier helps you explore makeup, hairstyles, and other appearance-related looks through digitally generated or modified images and videos.

Generated looks are visual previews. They may contain errors, change facial details, or differ from results achievable with actual products, styling, lighting, or professional services.

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnose skin conditions, or guarantee that a product or treatment is suitable for you. Follow manufacturers’ instructions and seek qualified advice when appropriate.

Celebrity-inspired looks and references to artists, brands, or public figures do not imply their endorsement, sponsorship, or participation.

3. Accounts and access

If an account is required for a feature, you must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials.

You must not access another person’s account without authorization. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for purchases you authorize, subject to applicable law and your payment provider’s protections.

4. Your photos, videos, and other content

You retain your rights in the photos, videos, text, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”).

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use Your Content. If it includes another identifiable person, you must have that person’s permission, or permission from their authorized representative where applicable, covering the processing and intended use of their likeness.

For animation features powered by Higgsfield, this permission must be documented and cover both submission to the provider and the intended use or distribution of the resulting content. You must retain evidence of that permission.

You give us a limited, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, transmit, process, modify, and display Your Content as necessary to provide and save the looks you request. We may allow service providers to perform these activities on our behalf only as needed for those purposes.

This license lasts only as necessary for those purposes, subject to the retention, security, and legal requirements described in our Privacy Policy. It does not authorize promotional use of your photos or videos or their use to train general-purpose models.

5. Generated looks

You may save, download, and share your generated looks, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and other people’s rights.

To the extent we hold transferable intellectual property rights in an output generated specifically for you, we assign those rights to you. This does not transfer ownership of our software, templates, trademarks, or third-party materials.

Outputs may not be unique, and similar results may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that an output qualifies for copyright protection or is free of third-party rights.

Review outputs before using or sharing them. Do not present generated media in a way that deceptively suggests an authentic photograph, recording, endorsement, or event. Preserve required provenance information and disclosures.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate applicable law or another person’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.

  • Create sexual content involving minors or nonconsensual intimate imagery.

  • Impersonate someone without authorization, commit fraud, harass others, or create harmful deceptive content.

  • Conduct facial recognition, biometric identification or verification, or surveillance.

  • Upload malicious software, compromise accounts, or interfere with the Service.

  • Bypass safety controls, payment requirements, age restrictions, or usage limits.

  • Extract underlying model weights, training data, or protected system instructions.

  • Use the Service or its outputs to train or develop models that compete with the underlying generation providers.

  • Resell access to the Service or its underlying generation systems without our written permission.

Restrictions on reverse engineering or similar activities apply only to the extent permitted by law.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

We offer paid access through subscriptions and purchases. The price, billing period, included features, usage allowances, and any trial or promotional conditions will be shown before you purchase.

Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the disclosed billing period unless you cancel before renewal. By confirming a subscription purchase, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed price, including applicable taxes, through your payment provider.

Apple purchases. Purchases made through Apple are billed to your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s payment and subscription terms.

Cancellation. To cancel an Apple subscription on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RÊVE Atelier → Cancel Subscription. Follow the renewal deadline shown by Apple. For a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid renewal charges.

Cancellation generally stops future renewals while allowing access through the remaining paid period. Trial access may end earlier under Apple’s applicable terms. Deleting the app, deleting your account, or stopping use does not by itself cancel your subscription.

If another authorized checkout is offered, use the cancellation method identified at that checkout.

Trials and promotions. Any trial duration, eligibility restrictions, and price after the trial will be disclosed before enrollment. Unless you cancel in time, an automatically renewing trial converts to the disclosed paid subscription.

Allowances and credits. Any generation limits, allowance resets, or rollover rules will be disclosed with the relevant offer. Credits purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system do not expire. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money except where required by law.

Price changes. We will provide notice of subscription price changes and obtain consent where required by applicable law or the payment platform. Changes will not retroactively increase the price of a completed purchase.

Refunds and billing problems. For purchases processed by Apple, you may request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines eligibility under its policies, subject to applicable law. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge.

If a paid feature fails or a purchase is not delivered, contact info@reveatelier.app so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund rights or other consumer remedies.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal information. It is available through the Service.

Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate permission required for processing your photos, sharing information with generation providers, accessing your camera or photo library, or other activities that require consent.

9. Third-party services and shopping links

The Service relies on third-party hosting, generation, payment, and other technology providers. Information about relevant data processing appears in our Privacy Policy and applicable feature disclosures.

The Service may also link to retailers or recommend products. Product suggestions are illustrative and do not guarantee an exact match to a generated look or identify the actual products used by a celebrity or artist.

Purchases from external retailers are governed by those retailers’ terms. Their prices, availability, delivery, returns, and product claims may change.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities we have under applicable law.

10. Our intellectual property and Apple’s license terms

The Service’s software, branding, interface, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership of those materials or permission to use our trademarks.

For the iOS application downloaded through Apple’s App Store, the software license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

These Terms supplement that agreement for RÊVE Atelier’s services and website. They do not replace Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement or reduce rights it provides. You must also comply with applicable App Store usage rules.

RÊVE Atelier, rather than Apple, operates the Service and handles support for its features.

11. Availability, changes, and termination

Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, safety restrictions, or changes to supporting services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of a particular generation model.

Keep separate copies of content you want to preserve. Storage and deletion are governed by our Privacy Policy and the features available in the Service.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

If we discontinue or materially reduce a paid service, we will provide notice and any refund or other remedy required by law. Suspension or termination does not remove your statutory rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Subscription cancellation must be completed separately through the applicable payment provider.

12. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We and our service providers do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims, or that the Service will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we and our service providers disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

These disclaimers do not exclude mandatory warranties, express commitments we make to you, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our service providers will be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business opportunities, or anticipated savings, arising from use of the Service.

To the extent legally permitted, our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid us for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or

  • US $100.

The same limitation applies to our generation providers in connection with services they supply through RÊVE Atelier.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, statutory remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not restrict refunds or remedies expressly required elsewhere in these Terms.

Generation providers, including Higgsfield where used, may enforce the acceptable-use restrictions and provider protections in Sections 6, 12, and 13 to the extent those provisions concern their services and applicable law permits.

14. Governing law and disputes

California law governs these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You retain any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.

You may contact info@reveatelier.app to seek an informal resolution of a dispute. Doing so does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or meeting applicable filing deadlines.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and venue rules, disputes may be brought in courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Orange County, California. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using another court or forum where applicable law gives you that right.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the date above.

We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required and request renewed agreement when necessary. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights relating to an existing dispute or completed transaction.

If you do not accept revised Terms, you may stop using the Service and cancel future subscription renewals.

16. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, applicable purchase disclosures, and any additional terms expressly accepted for a particular feature govern your use of the Service. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting provisions.
